10 Jun 2013, 20:19
Morning all. Who is fasting today? This is my 14th fast today. 6.20am here in NSW.
I'll join you. It's 7.41am now. Sun is shining
Just until lunch time then my eating window is open. I will have then completed my 28th fast.
Good luck :clover: I will be 16:8 with gillymary. Am just having a last look through the forum before sleep. Night night zzzzzzzzzzzz
Hi, I'm fasting today too. Normally do Monday, but with a public holiday yesterday, it was easier to move it to Tuesday. So yesterday all day felt like a Sunday, and today feels like Monday, and I hope that I catch up to the real days of the week at some stage!
An early bird pom joining all you aussies (well late bird, just about to turn in ...)
Good luck all :clover: :like:
Liquids fasting today. Desperately need it - last week was so stressful I could only manage one fast. Ate like a pig almost every other day and put on weight. Not beating myself up though. Just a minor glitch on my path.
I'm about 14 hours into my 36 hour fast and feeling good!
I am fasting off the long weekend today :) nice short week!!
Morning All

Count me in, 1st fasted of the week yesterday (457 cals eaten) and today the 2nd (478 cals planned for today) just weighed myself and have lost 2lb this week, Giving a Total of 21lbs in 9 weeks, BUT the progress tracker just reminded me that I have another 50+ lbs to lose to reach my goal I would like to achieve my target weight by Christmas 2013 and have a wardrobe for 2014.

Good Luck all to you all Fasting today
Yes I'm in again, day almost over, changed things around today 2 apples and soup..and black coffee - full now
Yep, I'm in as well. 7.30 here and already feeling hungry. Trying to focus on hte health benefits, but I think it will be a long day. All the best to all fellow fasters.
Hi everyone - I'm feeling your pain as well ! After a long weekend of relaxing - I just know the scales went in the wrong direction ! So I'm fasting til 6pm (3.56 here now but who's counting the seconds ?!!) and I'll just have some soup and an apple til tomorrow morning. I'm drinking lots of warm water as it's another cold day here in Melbourne and it does strangely satisfy (sort of).

I have been extra good today because after much procrastination over the past couple of weeks, I jumped on the exercise bike and did some yoga this morning .. and oh ! did the hamstrings complain !
I drink warm water in the cold too Roserobin, a habit I picked up when I lived in Melbourne!
I'm in today as well, just teas and coffees till dinner time, which was going to be a salad but the weather is sulking this morning so it may be something hot instead. I will go for a run after taking my son to school assuming it hasn't started raining by then. Good luck everyone :clover:
Fasting today, pretty hacked off because I've put 1kg on being REALLY careful, have concluded that I must have been too careful so ate properly yesterday, hoping that today will be another mive in the right direction.

Root canal treatment tonight (taking the nerve out euuurrrggghh) so not eating will be easy this evening
