I'm in too! Second one this week as well. I will wait until after tomorrow's festivities to determine if a 3rd fast is needed this week!!!! Flexibility rocks!!!
I fasted today instead of the usual Thursday because tomorrow I have to be civilised to people from 9am to 7:30pm and I know my limitations
I'm in today. Like many of you, I'm fasting early to take a break for the long weekend/holiday. Yay! I love a long weekend!

I was going to see if I could make it with just tea, but I packed my lunch just in case, and I ate it, but it was a late lunch... I was not the slightest bit hungry until then.. so I think somewhere down the line I may be able to do a true fast until dinner like so many of you do.

In any event, lunch was very light! Just some wild arugula, basil, a parisian cucumber, two slices turkey lunchmeat and a heaping tablespoon of the best dijon mustard. The dijon gets me through these days with no olive oil! :victory:

Good luck :clover: everyone!
Little Joy, What is a parisian cucumber? I have never heard of one!
Hi StowgateResident... Oh, you know they are called Persian not Parisian cucumbers! They are crunchy and great for dipping in dijon mustard (maybe that's why I typed Parisian! I'm thinking of the beautiful french mustard I have)!l Together, it's yum!

I think they are sometimes called something else, but where I live you can find them in the asian markets and also trader joe's!
Here's a photo of a package of them:
