Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.

Um, it's not about these two days, don't sweat the small stuff, keep at it and it'll be fine. It doesn't matter if you overeat on one or two days, so long as through the week, there's a calorie deficit.

Having different amounts of calories on different days helps a lot of people, seems to shake things up.
I'm in. Trying to get back on track after a holiday. Wine's my downfall on non fast days. Sounds as if this good weather has put is all in holiday mode and relaxed our determination. Don't beat urself up about lapses. You are fasting 2 day and making a difference.....good luck very one!!

Fasting today. Weight loss has slowed down a bit, although as I now have a healthy BMI I shouldn't complain. I find fasting less pleasant in hot weather as I really enjoyed my bowl of spicy soup and noodles at the end of the day and a big salad doesn't feel as rewarding. Must stick to it though as I am losing a bit of momentum and don't want to slide back up the scales...also have two social events coming up where I be indulging a bit so I need to build up a calorie deficit.
Fast day 7 for me today, its hot here again which helps me loads! It also makes me drink more water than I usually would which is also good!

Am trying to focus on the bikini I will be wearing 2 weeks time!
I'm in and I've decided to do a second liquid fast. I just have not been feeling well and I seem to have some sort of stomach bug, so liquids are all I really want anyway. Also, I discovered Maison Blanc chocolate fudge cake last week and and it set off a sweets binge of mega proportions. Back to fruit, veg and healthy eating for me and I now know that cake is a no go area if I want to be in control. Good luck to all my fellow fasters for today. :)

Fasted today and about to go to bed so all over. 28 cal miso souip at lunch, and small chicken stirfry, with no rice or noodles for tea, + one square of 72% dark ghana whittakers chocolate. So 360 cal today, very pleased with myself.
No TOAST

Uh oh, remembered today was a fast day after consuming 2 cookies... Ah well, I've worked out if I just eat salad the rest of the day I can make it in under 500 cals. At least I have a late shift at work - it will keep me distracted all day and I won't get in til 10pm so will be going straight to bed.
I'm fasting today, week 4, do Mondays and Wednesdays, 2 boiled eggs so far. I have no idea how much I've lost as I'm not weighing myself until week 6. An inch or so from waist and hips though which is good.
Hi all

we are in too (Les and me). I am struggling today for some reason. :confused: Normally I am not hungry at all and am fine with lunch and dinner but today my tummy is screaming feed me no matter how much water I'm drinking. :curse:

Gonna stick it out for another 2 hours before my lunch break. Lucky thing I'm at work and there is nothing here to eat.

I'm in too, my normal routine has been seriously disrupted for about 10 days due to travel and bad hotel food and finally a Chinese takeaway when I got in last night.
Glad to be fasting today, but it will be my only day this week, so I had beter make it a good one :clover:
I don't know what I am doing wrong today this is the second reply that has disappeared into the either . Count me in fast no 32 today, I only have 2lb to loose but they seem to be very resistant I will battle on, although it is never the repair days that cause the problem it is the normal days :confused: I wish you all well today :clover:

I'm in too for my 2nd fast of the week. Wow, do I need it! Yesterday was over the top. I had a donut at a work meeting, went out for Chinese buffet for lunch and then DH brought me a container of peanut butter ice cream last night and that was dinner! Yikes! :shock:

Looking forward to my fast today. Feeling kind of wiped out right now as I did my early morning boot camp and I'm still recovering. The cup of coffee in front of me will go a long way in perking me up! :cool:

I am in! Second fast of the week. I promised myself not to jump on the scales as I tend to do it too much. I am feeling a tad bloated for the kebab roll that I ate for dinner yesterday. I did have an apple today contra of trying to save all my calories for dinner. I will be having salad today so I am sure I will be in the well allowed range.

Now if someone can help me with me being cold on a hot summer day in Norway (an oxymoron if one ever exists)..........
