Am trying to focus on the bikini I will be wearing 2 weeks time!
Fasted today and about to go to bed so all over. 28 cal miso souip at lunch, and small chicken stirfry, with no rice or noodles for tea, + one square of 72% dark ghana whittakers chocolate. So 360 cal today, very pleased with myself.
No TOAST

we are in too (Les and me). I am struggling today for some reason. Normally I am not hungry at all and am fine with lunch and dinner but today my tummy is screaming feed me no matter how much water I'm drinking.
Gonna stick it out for another 2 hours before my lunch break. Lucky thing I'm at work and there is nothing here to eat.

Glad to be fasting today, but it will be my only day this week, so I had beter make it a good one
Looking forward to my fast today. Feeling kind of wiped out right now as I did my early morning boot camp and I'm still recovering. The cup of coffee in front of me will go a long way in perking me up!
