Me too. Minus the strawberries and cream but lots of other things. I'd written the day off by about 3pm! I'm gonna blimming well get through today though!!!! :curse:

ahhh what a comfort to know it wasn't just me!! I was feeling really bad for giving up yesterday. Today is much better. :like:
I'm in today as well. Good luck everyone.
Hi yes I'm in but doing a sort of semi fast again as I can't do tomorrow so going 22/24 hrs then eating what I want, out for lunch tomorrow so will just be careful + sensible, then do full 24hr proper fast on Thursday :like:
Welcome to Angie + mimosa and good luck :clover
: janeg
if it was me I'd go to bed that's my only option :clover: Sue
Dilemma, have slept and now the headache is just dull and feel wabbit/washed out and really hungry. Will it pas? Should I stick it out? It's 3pm so I could have something small I suppose and see what that does...
Decisions, decisions
I'm in today as well, although not entirely going according to plan! The dressing from my salad spilled out and all over my bag on the way to work this morning, and as I am eating it right now I have noticed that rather a lot of the lettuce has frozen as the box was at the back of the fridge...sigh... Also I ate a french fancy this morning before I even thought about it so probably no dinner for me tonight so I don't totally blow it for the day! Really needing to get myself back on track as I've had a lot of rather heavy weekends calorie wise and so the scales are depressingly creeping up again.
I'm in today. Week 13. Down 15 lbs. I have "graduated" to one meal per day. Just something simple, as I don't like to hang around the kitchen.
I'm in today too... had a couple of hit and miss weeks due to silly amounts of driving with work, and have gained a little back although I think its partly fluid retention due to the heat and also muscle repair as I have increased my running again - 2 10ks done in the past 3 weeks plus some longer runs for HM training....

so today was water, coffee and 1/2 protein shake for breakfast, more coffee and water plus porridge with water only for lunch, and I shall have salad for dinner tonight, pus more water and coffee.....

and if it gets too much, a large portion of strawberries to get me through :)

hoping that and the calories burned through running and a lunchtime walk will do their stuff and th scales will be better tomorrow....
I'm in again today - after also failing to complete my fast yesterday!! I wonder why so quite a few of us on this thread had particular trouble yesterday? :?: LOL.

I didn't go over too badly, luckily. Back on it today, hopefully with a stronger resolve!
Hi

I'm fasting today - there was no chance I would have done yesterday - there was cold homemade pizza to scoff for lunch!

I've noticed the scales depressingly going up over the last week - probably due to the carb-fest of a weekend, with homemade pizza, wine, beer, and bbq food too. All of it scrummy but feeling as blobby now as when I started although I know I'm still over half a stone down.

Probably going to try Friday too. Not getting uber excited about fasting now but maybe its because its summer & whilst I thought it'd be easier to fast all I want to do is drink cold white wine and eat ice cream!!!
I'm in today. hoping that making that statement is going to help me make it to the end.... I'm hungry! This is the first time I've struggled since I started and I'm blaming the lovely weather. I don't feel like filling up on coffee and tea like I usually do and I have in to a Solero earlier that has just made it worse! willpower is sadly lacking today. roll on dinner time.
I'm in today as well but have been finding it a bit of a struggle. Surprising given the hot weather but I am feeling particularly hungry today! Thinking this may be down to PMT? :/ Managing to stick with it so far.
I'm fasting today I have got to 5.15 and I am starting to struggle. Big fruit smoothie awaits me tonight thought about a turkey salad but smoothie will do. I will spit it into 2 one as soon as i have made it and the other before bed.
Greetings to everyone and welcome to Angie and Mimosa.

I'm in today, have got through the working day on lashings of coffee and skimmed milk, plenty of room for raw veg at home now. Feeling very tired, it will be an early night tonight.

Good luck everyone.
Nearly there, I had some left over salad and a tiny tin of tuna for a late lunch, then another salad with a huge pile of prawns for dinner.
I had enough cals left for a Skinny Cow Lolly (94 cals ) as a treat.
I'm loving this hot weather BUT (TMI warning) for the last few days everything I have eaten has left me again pretty quickly. Inconvenient but probably helping me lose weight.
