Today is my very first fast day and it's been surprisingly easy  I had a cup of mash with some peri peri sauce (does anyone else fancy adding spice to everything when you know you can't eat much?), a banana and an apple all as an evening 'meal' because I know if I eat breakfast I'm starving an hour or so later. I thought I'd be faint and dizzy by the time I got home (took a half hour walk home too) but I'm perfectly fine. Not gonna lie, I'm hungry now! But I'm filling up on water, kept busy by painting my nails and will be going to bed soon :p
I'm fasting today. I planned on yesterday but my husband offered me a muffin from a fantastic bakery here and I couldn't refuse! No idea on the calories. I didn't plan to make up the missed fast, but woke up late and it's so hot I'm not hungry...so it just makes sense to make it a fast when I haven't eated (as of 5pm).

Not sure what to do the rest of the week as I'm sticking to a MWF schedule for fasting. I guess I'll just play it by ear as long as the high temps last.
Managed to fast despite the migraine. Had a sleep which helped and awoke ravenous but held out. Was going to hae a slightly larger dinner but ended up just the usual. Success!
One more fast this week then proper holidays when it'll go way-hay!
