Me too - working from home today.

Will do my usual of nothing all day and save it up for a dinner. Nearly approaching the 3 stone mark gone, just need to shift another 4 pounds!
I'm in, it's my second fast of the week. Good Luck everyone! :clover:
Not fasting today - it's my birthday so I planned two earlier fasts this week to take today off(we'll see about tomorrow or Friday...depends how much I celebrate today), but I wish you all a smooth fast!

Caz xx

Hi Caz, I'm not fasting today (just finished a fast from yesterday) but had 2 fasts this week and have been VERY hungry this week, especially at night to the point it's keeping me up :frown: Might be because I'm expecting my period or because I'm trying to be strict on fast days, watch every calorie like a hawk, and consume NO alcohol...

Hang in there...I know it feels like a LONG day!
Happy birthday Sifrina :cake:
I'm in but not sure how long for - had exams yesterday and Monday and am now revising for the next ones and just want to pig out!
Exams are more important Faye, don't risk fasting effecting your concentration - remember that 5:2 is for life but you don't get too many chances at exams !!

:clover:
Me too....my 2nd this week. Have made a veggie curry for later & currently having 2 revitalise with cucumber & tomato.....my 1st food 2day. Haven't weighed this week....feeling a bit wimpish!!
That should read Ryvita!! Although could do with some revitalise too!!!!!

This is true, you make a lot of sense thank you! I'm going ok so far but might go a bit over on calories for dinner...
I'm fasting today, but I've had lunch as my husband is working this evening which is unusual as I usually only have dinner. I'll be having a light dinner later with the kids so just have to make sure I don't eat until then.
2nd fast today and I'm managing OK despite the temptations in my way at various meetings! Still surprised by how manageable this is, I'm hungry but I'm OK - I think the hot weather probably helps me too as others have said.
I'm in today too 2nd fast of the week. I only have 2hours to wait now till I can have my lovely Greek salad, It as also very warm here in the North of Scotland so I may have some Strawberries and ice cream, it should all come to under 400 Calories. I went an 8 mile walk this morning so feel I have had a good day.
2ND Fast of the week for me too. I've done 3 days in a row of boot camp, so I'm hoping for enough of a calorie deficit to see a loss this week. I won't be below my "low" as I had a gain last week. I just need to keep at it and let the pounds fall where they may!

Off work for a golf tournament tomorrow.....fun day!
I'm in today unexpectedly!
Didn't fancy breakfast, then went shopping, went in debenhams to cool down in their ac, OH had tuna melt for lunch, but I just had a bite of that plus his salad. Now he's out and gong to grab food later, so I think I'll just do a veggie gratin for me. Yay! Good to tick off the second fast of this week.
Ps The very idea of Boot camp etc makes me feel hot and bothered. Well done Lori. :star:
