Me, hung out at the gym most of the day (to the point they chucked me out) as it doesn't have a fridge! A lovely warm workout of running, burpees, pressups, etc, etc...

Had a nice tea, no idea of calories but salad leaves, egg, apple, tomatoes, cucumber and a big dollop of mayo, if it's bad, someone tell me! :-)
I'm fasting today too and it's my second fast of the week. I'm finding it harder today than I have done before, mainly because I'm at home. I find fasting on a work day much easier, but the days I work mean that one fast day has to fall on an off day and I defo don't want to fast at the weekend.

I had a boiled egg and salad for breakfast, went for a long, brisk walk for an hour and was starving by lunch time so I had another boiled egg and 5 asparagus spears. Filling up on water and black coffee in between times and aiming for a tiny chicken breast and salad around 8 O'Clock.

I think next week I will try leaving out breakfast on my day off and have all my calories in the evening as I feel that eating starts off my hunger, it's as if it fires up my engine and I expect more.

All in all, as long as I lose weight, I can see me carrying on with this. Though on my 4th day of fasting, I guess it's early days yet :grin:
First fast day for me this week. Normally Monday/Friday for me but work routine different this week. Will do Friday and weigh Saturday.
Had a good day. Been struggling recently as schools now off.

Hello, I'm in but almost done!

I always do a Tuesday and wasn't going to fast today but I was away for a work meeting and travelling over lunch and didn't eat anything so thought I might as well keep going. I've done consecutive days a few times.

Just had a huge veggie and chickpea curry with a little rice then natural yoghurt with honey and seeds. Went a little over, am at 570 cals but I'm not bothered, feel very satisfied.
Got through the first one of the week :) Found it a little easier than last week. Off to bed in a minute after another glass of water
Euggghhhh today's fast was so hard....glad thats over with!
Manage to make it to bedtime! I haven't counted today's calories but I think I probably went over by 100ish, I'll take that though! Looking forward to a huge bowl of cereal for breakfast tomorrow to set me up for a full day of revision
Well, I wanted to do an egg and meat fast today. But, I woke up before my brain did and ate my usual 10 cashew halves without even thinking about eggs. Oh well. Another day. I did have a boiled egg, 53 cals of bacon, taco soup and a small dinner salad. So, a good fast day here.
Its 7:15 p.m. here in California - dinner in approx. 20 mins - can't wait!!!! BUT it was a very good fast day all in all. Its quite hot and I don't feel so hungry when its really hot. :victory: :victory:

P.S. - I made it - I'm now "5:2 for Life" - yipppeeee!!!

I got in a sneaky fast today, usually do Mon and Thurs but I have to be with my mom for her Dr. appt tomorrow and didn't want to wait til Fri. I'll do a fast on Fri with my OH first time I'm trying a 4:3. Just played it by ear today, didn't really know if I would succeed or not but I did. :)
Well, Betsysgr8, we both did well then :victory: - Good luck with your extra fast day - I'm done now til next Monday - will have to go down to Dana Point to cool off, maybe even with a glass of wine overlooking the harbor!!!!!!
