I had a boiled egg and salad for breakfast, went for a long, brisk walk for an hour and was starving by lunch time so I had another boiled egg and 5 asparagus spears. Filling up on water and black coffee in between times and aiming for a tiny chicken breast and salad around 8 O'Clock.
I think next week I will try leaving out breakfast on my day off and have all my calories in the evening as I feel that eating starts off my hunger, it's as if it fires up my engine and I expect more.
All in all, as long as I lose weight, I can see me carrying on with this. Though on my 4th day of fasting, I guess it's early days yet

I always do a Tuesday and wasn't going to fast today but I was away for a work meeting and travelling over lunch and didn't eat anything so thought I might as well keep going. I've done consecutive days a few times.
Just had a huge veggie and chickpea curry with a little rice then natural yoghurt with honey and seeds. Went a little over, am at 570 cals but I'm not bothered, feel very satisfied.
P.S. - I made it - I'm now "5:2 for Life" - yipppeeee!!!

I got in a sneaky fast today, usually do Mon and Thurs but I have to be with my mom for her Dr. appt tomorrow and didn't want to wait til Fri. I'll do a fast on Fri with my OH first time I'm trying a 4:3. Just played it by ear today, didn't really know if I would succeed or not but I did.
