Only me in today?!

Slipping one in earlier then usual before it all goes wrong on holiday. At least I'll arrive with a beach body

Enjoy your fast day
I'm here. Don't know where everyone else is. Is it a holiday?
I'm in, not a usual fast day for me (I'm a MondayThursday gal) but MIL goes home tomorrow (after a fortnight stay ) so we're planning a special evening tomorrow & food & drink will certainly be involved !!!
Yes, week 5. I think I'll try to save everything up until teatime .

I'm not going to weigh myself until week 6 or 8 but I've lost inches. Bust ...from 37.5 to 36: waist from 32to 30 . Belly from 34 to 33. Hips from 35 to 34.

I wasn't huge at 9st 9lb but I have put on fat around my middle and am aiming to lose a stone as I am a small-boned 5 feet 3 inches.
I'm in, second of the week
I am half in. It's my daughters birthday so am saving up for dinner and cake. Will be over 500 but having been off the wagon over the last few crazy weeks, its the best I can do.
Effie you are not alone. Second of the week for me.
Me too, still trying to make this WOE work for me! Yo-yo ing around the same weight, having good fast days, eating to, or a bit over my TDEE, swimming every day....it's SO frustrating. So, am doing 4:3 this week to see if that makes a difference. Don't want to give up yet.
Like convert52 I am doing an overlap fast: from lovely early brunch today, to tomorrow's late lunch. Big social calendar all week, even here in balmy Sydney. It's meant to be winter but it's very warm at present...happy fasting times to all, and I'll think of you all to keep up my own resolve.
Hello there!

anyway good luck for you today, am sure it'll be fine!! going to walk the dogs and keep myself busy lol

take care and let us know how you got on!!

Angie
I'm in today, I have gained this week (sneaky weigh in) so I am not really feeling fasting at the moment - but I am not willing to give up yet!
I'm in. Doing Mon/Wed/Fri this week to make up for all the extra eating last weekend! Plan is food wont pass these lips until a cup a soup at 2pm... good luck all x
I'm in too. Too hot to eat anyway. Good luck everyone :)
I'm in too, it´s my 10th! And the next one will be monday the 5th of august because I'll be hiking during the two coming weeks. I would'nt be able to walk 28 kilometers on an empty stomach :) . It actually will feel weird not to fast on monday....I already love this WOE.
Im in too, 2nd fast of the week for me, and i have been struggling with hunger.
Caz xx
