Good luck to all Tuesday 12th Fasters!
Good luck everyone, it is worth it - my joints are feeling better already.
I too am on fast 7 and have also begun to look forward to fasting. I slept so well after the last one.
I'm in training this morning and with the travelling here & back it will keep me occupied and free from thinking about food.
I had porridge for breakfast and added honey without realising how many calories it has!! So I too will not have many pancakes tonight
Have a good day everyone and enjoy your 1st day those that are experiencing that.

Haven't decided about the pancakes yet, but will make a few for my hubby from a ww recipe I have somewhere. Good luck everyone, and enjoy your pancakes those who are having them.
Feel the same today too, but its my weigh in tomorrow so I have to be good...already eaten a ham sandwich though.
Keep on keeping on all you Tuesday fasters. Nearly there.
I can't believe the day is going so quickly (which seems to happen on the fast days for me). As Bellalou points out, we're nearly there (and I finish work at 4.0 pm).
Hope everyone else is doing ok!

Everyone on here has lost quite a bit of weight though, wonder what I'm doing wrong! I exercise 5/6 days a week, for 2-3hrs a day-inc running 30 miles a week & spin, kettle bells, step, pump classes. Pilates. Tennis and horse riding.and very active generally. I stick to the 500 cals on fast days from 9pm the day before fasting through to 7am the day after the fast day. Shouldn't the scales be moving? Any advice would be great.
Hi Sara and welcome.
It could be the amount of exercise is impeding weight loss. Someone posted a link to some research on this the other day. Hang on, I'll see if I can find it...
Today is my 4th fast day since I began this way of life on 30th Jan. I find fast days liberating since I do not have to make decision about what to eat. I find on fast days I appear to have clarity of thought for work related decisions. I have 38pounds to loose - how long will it take to get that amount of weight off?
