My fast day involved winging it, too nycnyc2013. I was winging it with vegetables, though, so I don't think I went over 500. I don't think I should have such a low protein day again, though. Particularly the day after running a half-marathon! #shoppingfail

I've not lost anything for 6 months ( well 2.5kgs up and down) but I don't feel discouraged because I don't find the fast days too hard but I know I would feel differently if I was struggling with them like you. I also know from what @peebles posts that spending a bit of time at this weight ( after losing 20 KGS) is probably a good thing and also a success to not put it back on like I did twice with WW.
Xxx chin up sweetie.

Could be that some time off would help or a new style of fasting. We'd need to know more though. Maybe you could start a thread where we can chat @egregious?
@carorees thank you dear , I did try fast 5 once but I got sick of it after 4 days. I will give it some thought though, if things don't improve soon. I'm going to give it a while longer before I mix things up, I think and maybe try and get back into exercising. Dark mornings don't help though. Ugh. Thanks for the replies lovely people
