I hope everything went well with your husband's tests, Katharina.

My fast day involved winging it, too nycnyc2013. I was winging it with vegetables, though, so I don't think I went over 500. I don't think I should have such a low protein day again, though. Particularly the day after running a half-marathon! #shoppingfail

Sounds like you're having a tough time @egregious. I wonder if anyone has any suggestions to help you. I'm wondering if you need to have a week off fasting and just eat nourishing foods that you desire to reset something? @caroreeshelp! What do you think?
I've not lost anything for 6 months ( well 2.5kgs up and down) but I don't feel discouraged because I don't find the fast days too hard but I know I would feel differently if I was struggling with them like you. I also know from what @peebles posts that spending a bit of time at this weight ( after losing 20 KGS) is probably a good thing and also a success to not put it back on like I did twice with WW.
Xxx chin up sweetie.

Could be that some time off would help or a new style of fasting. We'd need to know more though. Maybe you could start a thread where we can chat @egregious?

Thanks @julianna :) I was wondering if I should have a break actually, but to be honest now is not a good time. There are upteen birthdays going on this month which means meals and drinks so I really need to keep up fasting just to avoid piling it back on. I'm not completely done with it all yet and I realise I could just be getting through a set point. I think it's a combination of getting out of the habit of exercising, the time of the year and work doing my head in at the mo and it's all just not working. I'm sure it's temporary and I'll power through for a little while yet. It's certainly not the first plateau/wall I've hit so I'm sure things will normalize soon (hopefully).
@carorees thank you dear :), I did try fast 5 once but I got sick of it after 4 days. I will give it some thought though, if things don't improve soon. I'm going to give it a while longer before I mix things up, I think and maybe try and get back into exercising. Dark mornings don't help though. Ugh. Thanks for the replies lovely people :)
