Hello. Im busy at work. Dodging hail storms etc.
No candy the carb flu has gone Prob because I haven t been low enough.
Decided to eat more at lunch whilst fasting on an exercise day. And have a snack after class.
I've got a cuppa soup, lettuce and cucumber with 4 crab sticks. 170 cals roughly. Still a lot for later.
What's on the cards for you two then?

I'm not fasting proper this Friday as going away with some friends for the weekend. So food, drink and maybe some shopping.. :victory:

Oh Winchester! How bizarre! If I didn't know better I'd think it was an April fool! Luckily I"m about an hour away...but as my mate Harrison once said to me..."thank you for your concern!!" (never to be forgotten).
Oh Oatesy...make sure you enjoy your weekend. Don't worry about fasting; I'm sure you'll get right back on it when Monday comes around!
I must admit I'm getting a little nervous about my holiday. I tend to blow it when I go away. I don't think I want to be worrying about fasting because after all...its a holiday! However, this time I'm going to cut out breakfast (which I do now anyway) and just be careful what I eat. After all, in Padstow it should just be healthy fish...shouldn't it?!!
As for tonight...I'm having Beef Stroganoff (courtesy of? You've guessed it!) Don't feel hungry at all and I put that down to my new friend...Belvoir Ginger Cordial. One glass keeps me going and fills me up! I highly recommend it!
Bye for now. I'm busy photographing stock today. One of my items arrived with a broken wing...and then I dropped the other one and broke that wing...doh!

Believe me...I won't ever forget it! It was THE most surreal experience...evs!
So? How are you eyeballs today? Any better? Image
As for the calories of the ginge (and I don't mean Mick Hucknall!! ) it comes as 17 cals per 100mls...but to me I burn that off when I go up stairs...so I'm NOT including it. I mean, I fast every other day...Day On, Day Off! (DODO) so I'm not going to get too worried. I've got my Beef Strog tonight (which I must say I am now getting pretty excited about) and then my little bowl of Cheerios (dry) which I will aim to make last for at least an hour...another Bean tip! Some great tips there bean thanks. So is the cordial diluted with water? If so then it's even less cals than that isn't it.
And snacking on Cheerios is good if you like them and they stop you from over doing other stuff like the naughty marshmallows and chocolate.

Yes I've bean very good and haven't had any marshmallows...this week!
Cheerios are great! And the ginger? Yes, I do dilute with water, so I guess you're right. Life's too short to worry about the calorie content in that or in the splashes of milk I put in my coffee. I don't like black coffee and I like my caffeine hit...so I'm NOT going to sacrifice that little pleasure. I don't think it would matter if I went a bit over 500 cals sometimes anyway. After all, I am fasting every other day...and its working really well so far!
How's work bean today? The weather this morning was awful here. Windy and wet. Did you get blown to work?

Glad your eyes are better now Candy!
I've just finished my Cheerios and said "Cheerio" for another day. Tomorrow? Cauliflower cheese and chocolate...but not necessarily in that order!
Good luck tomorrow Candy...and Oatsey? Are you fasting again tomorrow?
