So today I have the chicken thighs in my salad, with bagged leaves, coldslaw and beetroot, plus a treat. A bounce energy bar, which is gorgeous and on special in sainsburys. Wouldn't pay £2 for it. Am decarbonating this week need to catch up with my buddy

A bounce energy bar?! Wow! I think I could do with one of those. Actually, having said that, yesterday was a pretty good day for me. I felt almost normal. No aches, some energy to walk the girls. I think maybe the fasting is actually helping me now. Its always a bit of a gamble with ME because you don't know whether you should be fasting or not...but now I think I should!! I must say, I feel pretty good this morning too...and it is, of course, my fast day!
Your lunch sounds so healthy Oatesy. Anyone would think you were on a fast day. I'm not too sure what to have tonight. I'm leaning towards a cheesey, bacony, mushroomy omelettey type thing. Don't know yet. Maybe fish n chips would be better!!
I'm currently reading a book called "Stoner". Has anyone read it. Its so well written. Wonderful book! Talking of books, we really must start a Book Club again. I miss that!
Anyway, have a great day buddies. Candy? You're very quiet today. I hope those green things haven't abducted you Image Image

Oh Candy! You've beaten me by one day! I was planning on seeing Whiplash tomorrow. It had great reviews from Dr Kermode and Monsieur Mayo! It has one of my favourite actors who is normally in smaller parts, but always stands out in films. For example, he was in Spiderman and was in charge of the newspaper!
Anyway, it was Kermode's film of the week and its sounds brilliant...hope you enjoy it!!! Image
As for yesterday. It was so wonderful to feel "normal". No aches and more energy. Today the aches have returned but I've just taken the girls for a beautiful walk over the golf course!
Think I'm going to have cheese omelette with bacon tonight. Just about to work out the calories
