Me and t'other half had just had our Fastiversaries.... I wish I had something better to celebrate than gaining 2 pounds this last fortnight!

On the whole though it's been a great year, most of the time it hasn't felt like dieting although if I'm honest sometimes it definitely does - usually when I'm stressed/overworked or pre-menstrual

And although I'm currently weighing in at 11.7lbs, I did see 11.4 a few weeks back, and my starting weight was a bit higher than is recorded on my progress tracker, as I didn't weigh myself until I was a month into the 5:2 ... so I've lost between just over a stone and nearly a stone and half, depending on how good a gloss I put on it!

Hubs has also lost a fair bit - probably around a stone, but he doesn't need to lose any more, he keeps me company though!

Thank you everyone for all your support, fun, expertise and friendship, I couldn't have done it without this forum.

Here's to the next year, and a few more pounds gone hopefully (please, Fat Fairy, could you take some of the blubbery bits off my back? Pretty please??)

Good grief. I had such a bad migraine yesterday I forgot it was my Fastiversary.
So here's to one year in, achieving more than I thought possible and feeling great. Couldn't have done it without all of you guys

Well done to all of the above, I haven't checked this thread for a wee while so won't name you all individually it is a lovely feeling to know that at last you have found something you can live with isn't it. Here's to the next year and maintaining what we have achieved.
