
I'm Jilly, 47, from the UK. Lifelong weight battle. Thought I had a grip on it 6 years ago when I lost 80 pounds through calorie counting to get to my goal in time for my wedding. Have been fighting the regain ever since! Tried 5:2 in 2013 with initial good results, but didn't stick at it.
Restarted on May 2nd and have done really well, lost 13 pounds so far (although scales have not been kind to me this week!

I wonder if anyone can help me with the blog feature? I'm not usually an IT numpty, but this has me stumped, I've been all over the pages and can't find how to start a new blog!
I'm fasting today! Seems to work well with Mondays!
