For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

@alka have you tried stevia in your tea. It is 100% natural...actually made from a leaf as well.

I am back! This time hoping to lose pounds and a have a flatter tummy! I don't like my paunch. Also as I am getting older I feel it is best to be a little thin.

Hi there @alka!! Welcome back!

Will you be fasting at all this week? I began the week by fasting yesterday - Easter Sunday!! I lost two pounds so I'm hoping I don't now gain the two pounds on my 'feast' day! Otherwise its going to be like Groundhog diet day!! :smile:

Anyway, look forward to hearing from you. Good luck with fasting again!
