If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
New to this but have read all I can about the diet and am desperate to start.I have tried all other diets and have given up. My family are concerned about my weight so I really do need to do something and I have to say this looks really good. I have decided to fast on Monday and Thursday as I am really busy then so hope that work will keep me occupied! Wish me luck
Good luck with your first fasts. As I expect you have read, the first couple of fasts can be tough for some people, but hang in there as they get so much easier until they are no bother at all really.

Congratulations on completing your first fast day. This week I lost another 1lb. I fasted yesterday and my next will be Thursday too. Going out for a meal tomorrow so will need Thursday`s fast!!
Please remember, the scales will go up and down but keep going as this is normal for most of us. Just watch that tape measure!!!
