If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
I am also on my third fast of the week partly for the same reasons as yourself. How are you finding it? I was wondering whether I could keep up 3 days a week but it feels a bit too much like dieting...I seem to have 'forgotten' about the cake and nice food I enjoyed yesterday!
Well I found the first two pretty easy but yesterday was hard; I really craved sugar/carbs I think and nothing seemed to fill me up which was a contrast to the first two. I'd only had a (substantial) salad the night before and I don't think that helped. In future I'm going to avoid fruit on fast days unless I have spare calories to play with. I'm toying with the idea of doing 4:3 half of the time and seeing how it goes.
