Tried my first fast last Thursday and manged to get thru my full 36 hour target with only around 150cal. Wasn't as bad as I imagined, more mind over matter
and a large helping of 1st day motivation

Ate only about 200cal more than normal yesterday. Weighed today and lost 2lb in weight and 3.5% body fat so really happy with that, tho I realise probably every week won't be like this!
I would say preparation was key as was re-reading highlighted areas of the book the day b4. This forum also helped, so tnx
