For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

New to 5:2....well almost

Hello all.

I have been on this diet for 6 weeks now and I have been impressed by the results and also at how easy it has been to stick to. This may be a bit of newly converted fervour but anyway, all seems to be going well. I hope to make use of this forum to keep the momentum going, get inspiration from others and maybe inspire some people in return!

Good to have you with us Vinny. Don't know if you have your stats for weight loss to date...if you do, would be great if you could add it to the progress tracker...we need more men!

Trying to ensure this forum answers everyone's questions, but often the answer is I don't know, unfortunately.
