I was so organised today and as it is my third week I guess I was feeling too smug....
Well, all I can say is that clearly I'm not strong minded enough to bake shortbread and make homemade pizza for my kids (it's half term here....) whilst I am on a fast day
Have walked plenty and done' a workout but nowhere equivalent to the amount of shortbread and pizza that was consumed.
Consoling myself with a glass of red.
Will have a sensible day tomorrow, and fast on Thursday......
