For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Old hand...but starting afresh

Hi...just found this forum...but being doing 5:2 since September.....I have been using it to maintain my weight really...so been eating probably way too much on the non fast days...but now summer is approaching in wanting to get rid of that extra few pounds..im hoping this will give me a spur on...it's really just a way of life for me now...and I love it...hubby does it to which makes it easier....I have tried every combo of fasting...3 meals 2'meals 1 etc....I'm fonding stopping eating about 6 on non fast day....and not eating till evening of fast day is actually way easier for me...as I find once I start eating I don't want to stop...I also exercise lots and find I have more energy working out on my fast days ....which surprises me....any way...second fast of the week today....and I'm starving lol...it will pass.....xx
