For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Good morning all. Well I must have lost 50 stone......at least,over the course of the last 40 years! :lol: Loosing the weight to me was never a problem it's keeping it off. So having yet again embarked on yet another weight loss journey I'm really interested in this approach and it's success of maintaining the weight loss.

Hi there and welcome!

There are a few people on here who are successfully maintaining their weight by fasting once or twice a week.

Lots of info and stories here...have a wander around!

Hi

Same here! I found it much easier to be disciplined before kids too. Hard to be good when you're making cakes and getting them snacks. They do drive me to chocolate sometimes too!

I'm fed up with yo yoing and also hoping this will work long term. Good luck x
