Found this manageable and didn't get hungry, also the small evening meal was just enough and didn't feel too hungry next day.

You'll be more confident as time goes on but it's all one big experiment until you find what's best for you.
I'm quite new here too, but about to start my 4th fast day tomorrow.
I also have breakfast (200 cal porridge pot) and evening meal (300 cal count on us meal) and I lost 3 lb last week, hope it goes well for you!
