This looks as though it could be just the job for me, but I think I'll wait until I've slept before I add fasting to my poor body (poor work colleagues if they get both at once!) - I'll plan ahead & work out a 500 cal day & then go for it.
Weight loss target 6kg by the end of April - that may be too much to hope for but a goodly way there wouln't be disappointing ....... I've got my 3 year old horse to back in May
