For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Sorry to hear you are finding fast days difficult.
How are you using your calories (several meals or just dinner)? Could you save a few calories for an evening snack? Some people save enough for a low cal hot chocolate or some other feel good snack.
I save all my calories until the evening meal when I have an enormous plate of vegetables and a bit of fish or chicken which leaves me feeling stuffed most of the evening!
I tend to just think that I will be able to eat tomorrow when temptation arises. It seems to help.
