For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

It is great! I didn't eat until later in the day yesterday (day after my fast)and am just now eating my "breakfast" today...it's basically lunchtime!

Welcome, kandm1! I feel the same way about this program. :) Good luck today - I know you'll get through easily!

It is also my first day! Still have a few hours left till my meal! I'm from western Canada and really happy that I caught the news when they presented this new way of dieting/ eating! My husband and I are giving it a go, nothing to lose but some pounds!! I just don 't know how I will feel throwing out the kids leftover meals.... I tend to clean up their plates! Had to keep myself from licking the peanut better off my fingers this morning! I really enjoy reading the posts, makes me forget my hunger. Good luck to all in your next fast day!

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know my 1st fast day went really well :like:

Had a 1 egg and mushroom for Breakfast and plenty of herbs and salt and pepper, really makes a difference!

Felt a bit hungry in afternoon so had an orange and went to the gym to take my mind off it, seems to work.

Really made me appreciate my dinner in evening which was Breast of chicken with a very large salad and low mayo dressing. Very tired and slept really well. Next day didnt overeat and really enjoyed my food.

Next fast tomorrow as going out for a meal on Monday, so having my roast today. Love the flexibility!! :cat2:
