Introduce Yourself!

Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello all. I started last week & am repairing on Monday & Thursday. I can't be doing it right as I have weighed this morning & am the same as before I started. I weighed on Friday & had lost 1 lb. I haven't eaten excessively this weekend. On my 2 repair days last week I had 1/2 melon for breakfast an apple for lunch & veg soup for supper made with water, stock cube, kale, courgettes, spinach, onion, leeks, green beans, herbs, tinned tomatoes.I also had with soup 3 25 calorie crackers & mini pot hummus 105 calories. Any ideas for what I did wrong ?

Nothing wrong..it just seems to take some people a little while to show a weight loss. As I mentioned in another thread (there are quite a few people with your problem), measure your waist as well...it is a better guide to fat loss :-)

And give it time...probably next week you'll see a big change!
