I am new to the program and excited to find this forum. Started yesterday with the 500cal day, then did another 500 cal day for a jump start. The plan is then Tues and Sat for my fast days. Today turned out to be 550 calories instead of 500. I see why one day at a time is good. Anyhow, my start weight is 136, was 134 at end of day 1 and 132.6 at the start of the day today. Previously eaten stuffs are indeed still moving through, even though very little is going in. I think this is accounting for some of the initial quick loss along with water loss. My goal is to lose 12 lbs (about 5.4kg). BMI is 21.7, looking to achieve 20.5 BMI. Body fat is 27%, would like to be at 20%. This way of eating really makes sense to me. Thanks to all for the tips. Fasting days were tough but doable, do 200 in am and 300cal in eve.
