I am new to the diet this is my 2nd week, and so far lost 5 pounds.
I just wondered what people think about this:-
I did my fast Monday and wednesday @ 500 cals and did 600 cals on the friday and ate normally with nice things Tuesday,Thursday, sat and Sunday. I just felt I wanted to do a bit extra my first week and have done this same this week so hoping for good results anyone else do more than 2 days other than ADF.
