welcome Ocean....any tips or advice you would like to share for those of us just starting on our journey????
I think my main tips are
Have patience
Don't make too many extra rules for yourself.
Don't be too rigid about your fast days, be a bit flexible.
I usually fast on Monday and Tuesday, the consecutive days suit me best. I use my calories in various ways, sometimes several small meals spread out, sometimes two smaller meals.
On fast days I avoid carbs as much as possible and have more protein.
