fast or not today, Saturday

Help me decide to fast or not today. We were at a party last night, where I ate and drank a lot. I did my first fasts on Monday and Wednesday this week. Maybe 2 fast are enough to start, or maybe I should repair my indulgences. Any thoughts?

Depends if you have any plans involving eating/booze! It has been a couple of days since your last fast so you could do one and then again on Tuesday/Wednesday probably? I don't think it really matters as long as you can fit in two a week.
