For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello all, I am going to start this diet on Monday. I went on the website and typed in my details, height, weight, waist, exercise amounts etc and it told me I should have an allowance of 619 on my fast days. I thought this was the allowance for men? ....or do they know something that I don't -lol!
It all depends on your weight. If you weigh more, you need more calories to simply maintain your weight. Even Weight Watchers does this.

Which website is that? If your TDEE is high (a lot of exercise, tall, heavy etc) then your fast day allowance will be higher (should be 25% of TDEE). There are links to TDEE calculators in the FAQ (link to that in my signature).
