I am new to the forums, I started a week ago. I fasted when I was younger and found that having dinner the night before and then not eating anything until having a normal dinner the next night worked then. I am doing that again, I started a week ago, and I'm wondering what people's opinions were. And what everyone else is doing? Is anyone else doing something different to the 500 cals spread throughout the day? I also hope to start off at 3 days a week.
