New to this forum but have been doing 5:2 for 2 weeks so far. I haven't taken measurements or weighed myself yet (keep putting it off for some reason) but clothes are feeling looser and i feel good.
I just want someone to confirm im doing it properly - or the most effective way?
I have been reading too much about 24 /36 hours and which is best but im getting a bit confused.
I do the following: -
Wake up on a fast day - drink coffee and tea all day ntil about 8/9pm when i have my 500 allowance.
Is this a good way to do it?
