First week

Hello everyone. I watched Michael Moseley's Horizon programme, but procrastinated for some time (as is my way!).
However, now getting stuck in! Fasted Monday and Wednesday this week, without any problems. However, I am a glutton at heart and I'm having to temper my eating habits on my feast days. I think this stems from serial dieting in the past. I seem to be having more stress about the feast days than the fast days! Anyone else experienced this conundrum?

PS Just skimmed through post - had written 'farted' for 'fasted' at one point! Is this a Freudian slip I wonder?

I think a lot of folks struggle with the feed days initially, not feeling free enough, or feeling too free! It's such a different way of life. There seem to be phases people go through - a bit too much indulgence, a bit too much restriction and then finally realising how easy it all is and just going with the flow ;)

Some feed days I don't eat well at all, others all I want is lovely veg and healthy stuff. Some days I have a mixture of the two. Seems balanced enough to me. You'll get into the groove of it before long, with a bit of experimentation!

My phone is always doing that to me! Plus it almost always puts fat instead of fast unless I want to write fat then of course it writes fast! :roll:
