This seems to work for me. Does it fit in with what should happen on a fast day?
Last meal on eating day at 7 p.m.
Nothing to eat, but lots of low or no-cal drinks until 4:30 the following afternoon.
At about 4:30, large mug veg soup.
Dinner using remaining calories out of 500 at about 7 p.m.
