For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Well just finished my first week and what a great result. I've lost an incredible 11 lbs!, yep 11 lbs!. I found it pretty easy and it's helps to be doing it with someone else. Lets see what this week brings. Thanks

Hi yes just 2 days. On fast days I just had Quaker oats sweet cinnamon x 2 with blueberries and a banana and lots of green tea throughout the day. I seemed to be more controlled the rest of the week but would not say I was dieting. Thanks

Wow that is a great result well done.

I started this yesterday and am hoping for a decent amount but would never expect that much. Bet you are thrilled to bits

Hi not really set a target, will just keep going until I feel ok.
