I am a newbie and looking forward to starting the 5:2 diet this coming Monday.
Any tips, receipes, especially a typical days eating plan on the Fast Days will be sincerely appreciated.
I am presently in France and have not found anything that is low fat and the French don't believe in calories lol . So look forward to any tips etc.
