Will Give it a Try

Hi,

Three days into trying this out for the first time. Started Monday morning, and had my 600 cals at night as a single meal. Tuesday kept going until night and had a proper meal with the family. Started again Wed morning and will have my 600 Cals tonight. Drinking lots of water and black tea, but have had a low grade headache the whole way through. I hope this passes. Weighting in at 80 kg and need to get down to 74 for a healthy BMI.

Hi Kenny and welcome

Am I understanding you that you didn't eat normally yesterday but fasted through to the evening meal? And are fasting again today? That's pretty hard core! Most people are eating normally for a couple of days between fasts. (That's what Dr Mosley does).

Yes. Just happened to work out that way. I aim to do Monday and Wed from now on or Tuesday and Thursday.
