If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
I just weighed in this morning after my first week, too, and I've lost just about 2lb (something around 1.8 - 2lbs anyway, my scales are a bit temperamental!)
I'm more than happy with that as I had pasta and far too much red wine on Friday night, pizza on Saturday night, roast pork dinner (and pudding!) on Sunday... and I also had a horrid accident mid-week and dislocated & broke some fingers (goodness knows what effect that has on inflammation/water retention in the body, I would think it's at least on a par with muscle damage from heavy weight-lifting, LOL!)
So all in all, any loss is a real bonus for me this week and I'll be continuing with my 2 fast days a week for the foreseeable future. I trust that it's going to help me get my weight back down, slow and steady, without having to feel permanently deprived
