I'm still fairly new to this WOE, it's only my second week. just a quick question, more out of curiosity than anything (sorry if this is in the wrong forum) - as someone who has suffered major depression for most of my life, i have noticed a big reduction in my depressive symptoms since starting 5:2, has anyone else had/seen this happen? Far from complaining - i am LOVING this unexpected change but it sure was a surprise!
