Annnnd a Monday start for me.
21 Mar 2013, 13:41
Hello Everyone, I started this lifestyle on Monday and I'm now on my 2nd fast day. My first day I was obssesing over food so the day dragged and yesterday I had a terrible headache, which I found out was from drinking TOO MUCH water so I've halved my water intake and I feel better today, I also have so much energy and I feel great.

I had some overnight porridge (Really nice recipe I found) at around 12:30 today and even though it was a small tub I couldn't finish it at all, far too full.

Loads of ladies at work have been on this or have just started and I can't beleive I've only just started now.

I started last Monday also. Today was my second fast day. So far so good. My hubby is doing it with me so we can give each other support. On our fast days we are eating fruit for lunch with 1/2 c of pinto beans. Dinner has been home-made vegetable soup with loads of cabbage I'm usually a coffee drinker, but have switched to tea on my fast days because I can only drink coffee with cream and that adds too many calories. I drink my tea black, so that works. I think the protein in the beans is key for me to make it though the day without feeling so hungry. We eat mostly a vegetarian diet, but I suppose a small amount of lean chicken would fill the same need.

I really like the board, and have been pouring over information tonight. There's so much support here. Thank you all who have contributed. ~ Anna
