Started Monday, and, so far, so good. The fast days (Mon and Wed) were hard for me (very hungry at times, and a little headachy on Wed), but in a strange way I felt good too, maybe because I knew I was doing something good for myself? I'm very overweight, so I'm having 550- 600 cals on fast days, but limiting feast days to 2000 (and I do mean limiting - I've been using myfitnesspal to track calories, and I can't believe what a "normal" day for me was - sheez!). Weighed myself today (after yesterday's feast day) and I was 3 lbs down. And, I can enjoy the weekend...loving this 5:2!
