Hi everyone!!
A good Friday to you all!!!
I dont want to moan as this diet has been great for my weight loss... l just want to understand something if anyone has the answer?
I have done nothing different this week to all the other weeks and have put 4lb on when l did my weekly weigh-in this morning and l am so upset, is there a reason for this? is my body just playing games with me? Confused very much.com

Yes, your body has more a)water and b) food that hasn't been expelled yet, than last time you weighed. After all unless you have eaten 14000 calories more than you should this week there is NO WAY it can be fat!
It must be catching I've put 2 on this week :-(

It happened to me last week as well gained 400 grams for no reason, I guess it's the body adjusting. Weighed today lost the 400 grams + another 400 grams. Food and exercise wise didn't do anything different this week, apart after reading a post on this forum to have a bath with Epsom salts to get rid of water retention, so I did that on Monday evening, maybe that helped.
