Hello,

Well I am into my 3rd week and a little disheartened, I weighed 150 lb on 7 Jan, on 14 Jan 148 lb I was delighted. However crash down to earth on 21 Jan when I was back to 150 lb. I am sticking with it as I like the idea of the health benefits and this week I moved my weigh in day to a Tuesday from a Monday which I thought was a bad idea. I have also started the 3 minute stair run (only for the past 2 days though !) Any advice would help i.e. is it normal to have a rocky start until your body gets used to it ???

Yes, very normal. Your body water changes a lot making your weight fluctuate. Try measuring your waist...it is a better guide to fat loss.
