I'm not looking to lose a huge amount of weight but a stone would be great as I've been slowly been putting on the pounds over the past couple of years. Every other calorie controlled diet I've been on I've failed and given up at because it makes me miserable if I have to go weeks without any treats (hate it when everyone else can eat what they want and I have to have something tiny and restricted in calories! ).
But this looks do-able as I can still have my treats on the eating days! My first fast day was Thursday and my second is today and I can honestly say I'm finding it easy so far, although I am worrying I'm still not going to lose anything when I weigh myself Thursday..
