Finding it pretty ok, diet is only one day at a time so can cope with it better than suffering every day. Have about 4 stone to lose if I really wanted to get to a BMI of 25 ish but think I would be happy to have a decent hip:waist ratio instead and not be too worried about actual weight.
I'm a great procrastinator so would postpone fast days with 5:2 and also my BP has been dead high so taking a bit of drastic action before the doctor does it for me.
