Hi Kyle and welcome! :)

I hope you don't mind, but I split your post out into a new topic so that it's more visible.

You can split your calories however you choose over your fasting day - 1 meal, 2 meals, 3 meals, snacks etc. Everyone has their own favourite way of doing it and the most important thing is to find the easiest way for you.

There's a poll on this topic about how people split their kcals on their fast days:

Eat around your TDEE.

Don't worry if you stay below it on one day and above it on the other, just make sure that your average on non fast days is around it.

Follow the link in TML13's post and it takes you to a calculator where you put in your age, gender, height, weight and activity level. It will tell you how many calories it estimates that you burn in a day. You needed to average this amount on your feed days. The calculators do vary a bit so it's not guaranteed to be exactly right but it gives you an idea. You can google TDEE calculator if you want to try a few different ones and take the average they come up with.
