So, I have been trying to lose weight for a couple of months doing (I thought) all the right things but cannot seem to shift the half stone I want to lose.
Today is my first fast day, I've had two cups of tea for breakfast (with milk) but now I'm onto Rooibos and Green Tea for the rest of the day. I'm going to have a fish finger and a few frozen veg for lunch and a small bowl of soya cottage pie for dinner (and maybe one more cup of tea!)
Firstly, does this sound OK for a day or is it to much?
Secondly and mainly, my husband and I are trying to conceive, we have been for 8 months I wanted to know if this diet could in any way affect that?
