I am new to the forum and would like to introduce myself.
My name is Tracy and I have been doing the 5:2 for two weeks Im finding it ok just need to now find a few more low cal dinner ideas, I prefer to skip breakfast have a light lunch then a more hearty dinner.
My concern is that I am really hungry on feeding days so am worried that I am undoing all my hard work on fast days, does anyone else feel like this?
